Effectiveness will be measured by tracking subscription orders.

In my initial research I asked 5 people about their experience with ordering takeout. After these meetings I came up with the idea to make this a subscription app. Working professionals and the parents I asked got takeout because they were tired, and didn't want to cook dinner. 4 out of 5 participants ordered the same food from the same restaurant at least once every two weeks. Pain points focused on making the order and not being able to customize it to everyone in their family or group. Participants still made their orders week after week even though there were things about it that they didn't like. Letting users subscribe to their order seemed like many users would benefit from not having to make the same order every week or go through the same pain points. One thing all participants mentioned is that they did not like signing into apps, however they would if the business offered something no one else would.
